Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager to join our marketing team, reporting into the Director of Growth. In this role you will drive strategic partnerships which help to fuel business growth. If you're a savvy strategist with an excellent track record of outbound sales activity and relationship-building, this role is for you!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop Targeting Strategy: Identify potential partners aligned with Jimdo's values, who share the same mission as Jimdo to create comprehensive and exciting offers for their communities.

  • Craft Outreach Tactics: Design personalized strategies to engage potential partners effectively, utilizing the appropriate communication channels.

  • Manage Inbound Opportunities: Review inbound partnership interests and develop compelling proposals for them.

  • Establish Strong Relationships: Build and maintain connections with key partners.

  • Negotiate & Close Deals: Assist in negotiating terms for mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Collaborate on Initiatives: Work with the team to develop and optimize partnership initiatives.

  • Analyze Results: Provide regular reports on partnership performance and market trends.

What you bring to the table:

  • Prior experience in SaaS or consumer-facing products, with impressive outbound sales expertise.

  • Proficiency in CRM software for opportunity tracking and other tools for effective outreach.

  • Strong social media presence and professional networks in Germany.

  • Fluent in German & English, with an extensive local network in Germany.

  • Ability to craft compelling proposals tailored to partner needs.

  • Skills to analyze market data, target relevant stakeholders and track partnership success.
