PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Administration SME to join our dynamic team. As a Patient Admin SME, you play a crucial role within the healthcare team, with a primary focus on advising the government on management and maintenance of the Soldier Treatment Record (STR) and the Electronic Heal Record (EHR) documentation. Open Positions: 1Required Clearance: Secret w/ability to obtain TS.Required Education: Bachelor’ s Degree in relevant field.Required Experience: Eight+ (8+) years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
·Oversee the creation, management, and maintenance of Soldier Treatment Records (STR) for military personnel.·Ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical information in STR documentation.·Advise the Government on best practices for the management and maintenance of Electronic Health Records (EHR) specific to military healthcare.·Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to enhance the functionality and security of the EHR system.·Provide expert advice to Government authorities on patient record management policies and procedures.·Stay informed about military healthcare regulations and compliance standards.·Supervise the accurate input and maintenance of patient information in both STR and EHR systems.·Ensure adherence to patient privacy laws and security protocols.Requirements:
·Coordinate medical appointments for military personnel, ensuring optimal scheduling and documentation in the EHR system.·Provide support for appointment rescheduling and adjustments.·Participate in quality assurance initiatives related to patient administration processes within the military healthcare setting.·Ensure compliance with military healthcare regulations and standards.·Proficient in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems specific to military healthcare.·Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry for both STR and EHR documentation.·Knowledge of military healthcare regulations and compliance standards.·Ability to work collaboratively in a military healthcare team.Preferred Qualifications: CHAP, CPHRM, CEHRS, or CHPCertifications: ·Security+·HIPPA
