We are looking for an English speakingPatient Advisor to support our UK patients. This is a remote/home office-based role.
The role:
In this role, you will work as part of our UK team to support our patients referred to us by the NHS(National Health Service). You will be the first point of contact, ensuring an excellent experience for our patients through their journey with Oviva.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
You will engage with patients via various channels (e.g. phone and emails), ensuring appropriate documentation of patient contacts in our internal secure systems
You will support with diary management of patient appointments
You will develop a deep knowledge of the Oviva UK programmes and be able to work cross-programme daily to support business needs
You will be tasked with accurately inputting data into our system ensuring Information Governance procedures for the security of patient data
You will be working alongside the operations team to achieve contract KPIs and utilisation targets
You will be following the Safeguarding policy and protocol and Incident policy at all times
You will work with Senior Team members feeding back on ways of working and ideas for improvement
What are we looking for you to bring:
Customer service experience from a call centre or phone-based customer service role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written English
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
Energetic and proactive, with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
Great computer proficiency for data entry and navigating customer databases
Patience and empathy to deal with a diverse range of Patients
Willingness to learn and adapt to company policies and procedures
Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues
An active interest in health, dietetics & nutrition (i.e. working towards a related degree such as nutrition, dietetics, or sports science)
Please note this role may require some weekend and shift work.
