What you bring to the table
- 2-5 years hands-on experience in similar positions.
- Structured and careful way of working, service orientation.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, planning, and attention to detail while attending to multiple tasks and processes.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for building a human-centered, tech-enabled future where everyone thrives.
- Proven HRIS experience and able to demonstrate ability to work with data.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have
- Experience in a tech startup environment.
- Experience working in a decentralized team, globally distributed.
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment practices and regulations.
- Interested in blockchain, DePIN, Web3 space.
Things you will do
- Support the People and Culture team in the recruitment process - creation and placement of job descriptions, directly approaching candidates for key positions on job platforms, managing correspondence with all candidates, conducting interviews and support in the selection of candidates.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and the company, providing clear and timely communication regarding interview details and developing positive relationships with candidates that successfully passed our recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and interview schedules, updating applicant tracking systems and hiring team leads on a consistent basis.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve internal people & culture processes such as on-boarding, feedback, career development.
- Developing and implementing an employer branding strategy that attracts diverse candidates and top talent.
- Initiate activities that contribute to positive company culture, health & wellness and strong team engagement.
- Driving team happiness; planning and organizing team events, improving the workplace.
- Perform such other/additional duties as may from time to time be assigned.
