What you bring to the table

  • 2-5 years hands-on experience in similar positions.
  • Structured and careful way of working, service orientation.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, planning, and attention to detail while attending to multiple tasks and processes.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for building a human-centered, tech-enabled future where everyone thrives.
  • Proven HRIS experience and able to demonstrate ability to work with data.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a tech startup environment.
  • Experience working in a decentralized team, globally distributed.
  • Knowledge of HR and recruitment practices and regulations.
  • Interested in blockchain, DePIN, Web3 space.

Things you will do

  • Support the People and Culture team in the recruitment process - creation and placement of job descriptions, directly approaching candidates for key positions on job platforms, managing correspondence with all candidates, conducting interviews and support in the selection of candidates.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and the company, providing clear and timely communication regarding interview details and developing positive relationships with candidates that successfully passed our recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and interview schedules, updating applicant tracking systems and hiring team leads on a consistent basis.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve internal people & culture processes such as on-boarding, feedback, career development.
  • Developing and implementing an employer branding strategy that attracts diverse candidates and top talent.
  • Initiate activities that contribute to positive company culture, health & wellness and strong team engagement.
  • Driving team happiness; planning and organizing team events, improving the workplace.
  • Perform such other/additional duties as may from time to time be assigned.
