Joining Collibra’s People Operations team
Collibra is on a fast-paced journey of accelerated growth across the business. To stay on top of the demands of a fast-growing company, the People Operations Analyst will be critical to providing top level HR support to the business, as well as, all of our employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
People Operations Analysts at Collibra are responsible for
- Provide support throughout the employee lifecycle including but not limited to, supporting onboarding & offboarding, employee changes (promotions, transfers, etc.), background checks, employment verifications, visas and immigration, day to day benefits administration & operations (eg. fleet, new hire enrollment, renewals, etc.).
- Be the first line of support for employees with People related questions and take ownership of any query and/or issues raised seeing it through to resolution and provide appropriate updates to stakeholders.
- Take ownership in documenting workflow and procedures, updating existing processes, and proactively finding opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintaining confidential employee e-files ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Update and maintain employee data in Workday to support data integrity.
- Assist the Global People Operations team with various projects and initiatives as needed.
- Be involved in benefits market analyses, implementation of new benefits, change management & roll-out of new programs.
- Monitor compliance within the different EMEA regions; implementing, rolling out (company) policies, regulations based on local labor law, updating/reviewing/implementing employee handbooks per country.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Overall, play a vital role in supporting the organization's People function.
This is a hybrid position based in Brussels, Belgium.
You have
- 1-2 years of professional experience as a HR Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, or other relevant experience; internship experience included.
- A proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Written, verbal, and virtual communication skills which are empathetic, welcoming, and adaptable in English, French & Dutch.
- Experience with successfully meeting deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required.
You are
- Able to communicate effectively, in English, via multiple channels (verbal, written) at all levels across internal and external organizations. Fluency in both French and Dutch is essential.
- Eager to learn more about HR programs including compliance/labor relations, total rewards, talent management.
- High energy and have a can-do attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Someone with sound judgment, displaying integrity and a clear understanding of confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven and self-motivated, focused on how to create efficient processes and tweak existing ones to scale
- A proactive problem-solver, swiftly identifying and addressing challenges with efficiency
- A clear verbal and written communicator
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and adept at adapting to changing priorities seamlessly.
Measures of success
- Within your first month, you will successfully own all onboarding and offboarding activities for EMEA
- Within your third month, you will successfully support immigration for EMEA.
- Within your sixth month, you will assist in process improvement initiatives, document management, Workday trainings, etc.
