Job Description Summary:
The Operations Analyst is responsible for the accurate capture and processing of data related to Rocket CSE customer delivery projects. This includes maintaining customer delivery projects throughout the full lifecycle from creation through closure. This is an exciting opportunity to work with customers and colleagues around the world.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures CSE Operations processes are followed correctly to maintain operational data integrity, which is essential to enable recognition of Rocket services revenue and provide customers with accurate invoices.
Establishes credibility as SME on Rocket CSE Operations processes, data, and systems.
Assists with onboarding of new entities and acquired companies as relates to CSE Operations.
Liaises with Finance, Sales Operations, all CSE functions, IT and others throughout Rocket to contribute to cross-functional efforts.
Meet operational timelines and deadlines, alerting CSE Operations management of concerns, risks, and possible solutions to avoid disruption of service or missed commitments.
Work as an effective team member in daily, monthly, and exception operations; demonstrates consistently strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years in related business operations position
Proven critical thinking, analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience with revenue-based business data, transactions, and concepts
Experience with prioritizing continual requests from multiple streams and keeping to established schedules
Experience with Salesforce, Kantata SX helpful.
