What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct the onboarding process for new employees,
- Facilitate the introduction of new employees to the company's culture, policies, and procedures (onboarding orientation and follow-up).
- Benefits Administration: Assist in administering employee benefits, answering questions, helping with enrollment, and resolving benefit-related issues.
- Support the overall management of benefits (inclusion, exclusion, and purchase).
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in People systems.
- Generate reports and analyses to inform strategic People decisions.
- Conduct internal audits and organize People Ops documents.
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Proactively and effectively resolve issues, ensuring employee satisfaction.
What You Need To Succeed:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Intermediate proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Interest in technology, innovation and artificial intelligence.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
