You Will:
- Administer key lifecycle events such as profile creation, promotions, leaves, and departures via the HRIS, Dayforce
- Be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS, partnering with Talent Business Partners (TBPs) and business leaders to collect and update employee information as needed
- Act as a liaison to partner with Payroll and the Senior HRIS Analyst to ensure proper HRIS entries and processes that meet payroll deadlines and system requirements
- Create effective process documentation for new and changing HRIS processes for the People Operations team
- Assist with HRIS reporting both on a monthly cadence, as well as on an ad hoc request basis
- Provide employment verification letters upon request
- Support with additional day-to-day lifecycle tasks and projects as needed
You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative role
- Experience with Dayforce administration and entry as an HRIS
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues across all levels
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
- A passion for creating a positive and supportive work environment
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements (US, Canada, UK ) is a plus
- Deep experience with Excel and Google Sheets is a plus
