Join us as a People Operations Manager for the DACH region, where you will lead employee relations, manage the full employee lifecycle, and act as the first point of contact for People & Organization (P&O) related inquiries. In this role, you will collaborate closely with global P&O teams, support local recruitment, and drive initiatives that foster a positive and engaging work environment.

Your Role in Our Journey
- Lead employee relations and ensure legal compliance across Austria and Germany, liaising with internal and external legal partners when necessary.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience while coordinating with global P&O departments.
- Act as the first point of contact for P&O-related inquiries from employees and managers within the DACH region.
- Coach and advise managers on P&O policies and procedures, fostering a culture of compliance and best practices.
- Support the payroll team by ensuring accurate and timely processing, and managing employment contracts.
- Develop and implement local P&O policies, aligning them with global standards and acting as the point of contact for the Works Council.
- Collaborate with global P&O teams to share best practices and optimize procedures and policies.
- Support key P&O processes such as performance evaluations, people development, compensation reviews, and engagement planning.
- Guide the Talent Acquisition team on local recruitment practices and coordinate relocation cases with external agencies.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data to identify trends, and advise on action plans to reduce churn.
- Ensure data quality by maintaining up-to-date records in P&O tools and act as a Culture Ambassador by understanding employee needs and concerns.
- Manage time management and local benefits administration, ensuring employees are well-supported.
Your Impact
- Proven experience as an HRBP, People Operations Manager, or in a relevant role within Austria and Germany for at least 3 years.
- Thorough knowledge of local labor laws and best practices in Austria and Germany, ensuring compliance with regulations and staying updated on legal requirements.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office applications, HRIS systems (e.g., Workday), and payroll systems.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English, both written and oral.
- Ability to serve as a local partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle and acting as the primary point of contact for HR topics.
- Proven track record in leading and supporting organizational change initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
- Ability to collaborate with global teams to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with company goals and values.
- Commitment to fostering a positive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and supporting employee engagement activities.
- Analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and KPIs, assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
