Practice Office Manager - Optimization Expert (Healthcare / Patient Access Operations)
Location: Remote; 1099 Position – 20 Hrs/week; Can be converted to FT Role in 6 months
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the optimization of our Patient Access Services/ Virtual Assistant Services/ Customer Service for healthcare operations.
This role requires a deep understanding of mid-market healthcare providers practice management operations and the ability to coach offshore teams, improve client satisfaction, and deliver continuous value. The successful candidate will work closely with offshore teams, focusing on training, client pain point analysis, and creating actionable strategies to enhance our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients & delivery teams to understand pain points and tailor solutions.
Establish strong relationships with clients, acting as a liaison to ensure their satisfaction.
Coach and mentor delivery teams based in the Philippines to continuously improve service quality.
Lead the development and delivery of training materials and programs for delivery teams.
Implement a product mindset to drive continuous service improvements.
Identify and create process improvements for client-facing operations.
Travel as required based on business needs.
Qualifications:
5 to 10 years of experience working as a practice manager in a mid-market medical practice (Experience should be Onsite/Hybrid and not Remote)
Proven track record in coaching teams and people development.
Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
High proficiency in Excel for analysis and PowerPoint for creating presentations.
Highly Organized and structured with above average presentation delivery skills.
Willingness to travel as per business needs.
