Role Summary

This role will act as a liaison between the product and implementation functions as well as having direct client engagement responsibility. The aims are to:

• Improve the overall quality of solutions that we deliver to clients improving retention and maximising upsell opportunities
• Improve the quality of base configuration products leading to; a greater number of potential target customers, more rapid delivery, and faster time to value for clients
• Support the implementations and development functions to ensure they work effectively and efficiently
• Provide overflow capacity for the implementations function supporting revenue generating projects
• Improve our sales capability by supporting key prospect and client activities
• Improving prospect engagement by delivering prototypes and proof of concept projects
• Limit the interruptions to live project by providing design and estimation capability. This also helps to minimise non-billable work for the implementations team
• Provide overflow capacity to the implementations team to mitigate risks to delivery of in-flight projects

Core Duties/Responsibilities

• Solution design and estimation
• Client engagements (demos, presentations) and RFP/ITT responses
• Overseeing implementation projects/overall design
• Support (and participate in where required) billable client projects
• Ensuring high quality of deliverables and client satisfaction
• Building/owning product solutions and vertical market configurations
• Building/maintaining demo and test systems
• Delivering client prototypes and proof of concept projects
• Assisting with the implementation of internal solutions
• Liaison between Product and Implementations/support teams
• Delivering internal training
• Building product documentation and knowledge base
• Managing the handover of releases to the implementations team

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:

• Experience delivering IT solutions in large/complex organisations
• Commercial and technical skills
• Some degree of experience in CRM, Contact Centre or Customer Experience solutions
• Solution design and architecture skills and experience
• Microsoft technology stack knowledge and experience (IIS. .Net, SQL, Azure etc.)
