Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical presentations, webinars, and seminars for customers and internal teams, showcasing Ajax Systems’ features and competitive advantages.
- Engage with potential and existing clients to discuss Ajax’s technical solutions and address specific project needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing clear, convincing technical insights to installers, end-users, and decision-makers, focusing on the technical strengths of Ajax’s solutions.
- Train technical staff at Ajax Systems’ distributors and dealers to deepen their expertise in our products.
- Introduce and explain product roadmaps, new features, and updates to distributors and installers.
- Stay informed on product updates and the latest security system trends, sharing insights to enhance team knowledge.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with key partners, becoming their go-to for technical consultations.
- Assist customers with technical support inquiries, providing timely and detailed solutions.
- Support the Romanian team with in-depth product knowledge, assisting with complex technical questions, and offering solutions for challenging technical scenarios.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor products and provide comparative analyses to showcase Ajax’s advantages.
- Regularly update product features based on market trends, ensuring Ajax remains a preferred choice for high-value projects.
- Test new product features, documenting functionality, and creating clear technical materials for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure new releases and updates are effectively communicated and integrated.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with security systems (intrusion systems, CCTV, IP-based systems, fire alarms, access control, telecommunications).
- Proven experience designing, installing, and supporting video surveillance systems, alarm systems, or other security solutions, particularly for medium to large-scale projects.
- Sales experience within the security sector is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of Intrusion Systems, Analog & IP CCTV, and Access Control Systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex security solutions and communicate effectively with clients about technical specifications.
- Proficiency in explaining and promoting security solutions based on technical merits rather than purely sales-focused arguments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify and explain complex concepts for a wide range of audiences.
- Self-motivated with an outgoing personality, adaptable to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
- Comfortable with business travel, attending trade shows, and conducting on-site customer visits.
- Enthusiastic about staying up-to-date with the latest security technology, always ready to learn and integrate new Ajax product features.
