Incremental Enterprise Apps is a Centre of Excellence leveraging our credibility and reputation across the Dynamics & Power Platform eco system.

To support our continuous growth, we are looking for a Principal Dynamics Consultant to join our growing team in our Retail and Manufacturing Practice. You will play a critical part in building our Enterprise Applications vision and grow this practice through the delivery of high profile and high value Dynamics F&SCM/365 projects.

Primary accountabilities

Our Principal Dynamics Consultants will utilise their experience, analysis, consulting and technical skills to:

  • Carry out pre-sales engagements, preparing content for proposals;
  • Functional project documentation and technical designs;
  • Prepare and deliver workshops, training and coaching;
  • Assisting customers with configurations and systems processes;
  • Assist in project delivery reporting.

Qualifications/about you

You will have excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills as well as the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, delivering a wide range of services to our customers.

Highly desirable skills and experience:

  • Significant experience with the full implementation lifecycle of ERP solutions working with Dynamics F&SCM or Dynamics 365, including areas such as:
  • Financials (including fixed assets, budgeting, cash and bank management, consolidation, credit and collections);
  • Production information management, including product configuration;
  • Sales and marketing;
  • Procurement and sourcing;
  • Stock, warehouse and transportation management;
  • Compliance and quality management;
  • Project management and accounting;
  • Service management;
  • Expense management
  • Production control, master planning and manufacturing execution;
  • Rental and asset management;
  • Enterprise asset management;
  • Retail and point of sale;
  • Human resources and payroll;
  • Experience with software lifecycle management tools such as Microsoft’s Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps;
  • Experience with the full software lifecycle from analysis and design to support and maintenance;
  • Experience of leading formal or informal training sessions, workshops and presentations;
  • Awareness and involvement on multiple project methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2, Microsoft Sure Step;
  • Awareness of business intelligence and artificial intelligence tools such as Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
