Zillow is seeking a dynamic Procurement Analyst with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills for Zillow Group’s Procurement Operations team.

Zillow Group’s Enablement organization assists in delivering the services, materials, and supply chain solutions driving profitable Zillow growth by providing strategic procurement and finance services standard processes and by building partnerships with employees, suppliers, and communities. We help Zillow team members navigate business spending decisions; we are Zillow’s Spend Management Guides.

About the role

Innovate and Enhance the Procure to Pay Operations function:

  • Reviews and monitors day to day operational processing of service delivery model responsible team for accuracy and quality

  • Assists in partner concern of sensitive process issues to be addressed on shore

  • Supports on shore purchase orders as Corporate Buyer for goods and services when necessary to support operations

  • Communicates with suppliers and internal business partners to expedite, track and troubleshoot deliveries, receipts, and invoices. Works independently to research and resolve challenges related to Zillow’s supplier base

  • Could assist in requesting quotes in the identification of optimal sources for products and services as needed

  • Complete, monitors, and continuously improves supplier onboarding and assessment processes and procedures

  • Maintains and administers catalogs in procure-to-pay software; monitors procurement procedures and systems to ensure appropriate flow of purchasing documents over the procure-to-pay (P2P) lifecycle

  • Trains and assists end users in using Zillow’s procure-to-pay software solution to satisfy purchasing needs; functions as a “Super User” for Zillow’s P2P solution (Workday)

  • Reviews discrepant invoices and works with vendors, business partners and Accounts Payable to resolve any issues to facilitate on time payment to vendors

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $63,900.00 - $102,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • Minimum 3+ years of related experience in similar procurement role; strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes and procedures and supplier relationship management fundamentals required

  • Self-starter with solid analytical, research, and problem solving approach

  • Previous experience with Strong organizational and customer service skills, along with outstanding verbal and written communications

  • Demonstrated experience using procure-to-pay software, coupled with a passion for supporting diverse procurement partners; experience with Workday Procurement solution highly desirable

  • Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and multi-task effectively

  • Intermediate or advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel

  • Familiarity with RFPs, RFQs, source selection processes and sourcing concepts

  • Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency, attention to detail and financial & accounting competence
