What you'll do:
- Manage and process daily purchase requests from various departments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Secure competitive quotes from suppliers, consistently driving value for the company.
- Maintain strong relationships with preferred suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliable delivery.
- Oversee supplier contract renewals, terminations, and reviews, ensuring all agreements meet company requirements.
- Streamline procurement processes by optimizing tools and systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on cost-saving initiatives and procurement budget performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
- Align procurement efforts with business objectives by working closely with internal departments.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve cost savings.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with experience working with international teams and suppliers.
- Ability to analyze procurement data and provide actionable insights.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, including contract management and supplier relations.
