At Tecspal, we’re scaling fast and smart, strategic procurement plays a key role in our growth. We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist who knows how to build strong supplier relationships, streamline operations, and ensure our customers get the best experience possible.

Responsibilities:
Manage procurement processes in an assigned region.
Negotiate terms with suppliers.
Monitor and analyze procurement KPIs to drive performance.
Work hand-in-hand with sales and customer service teams to align on priorities and stock needs.
Develop new suppliers.
Requirements:
Previous experience in purchasing or selling IT equipment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.
Proactive mindset with a desire to grow professionally.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with Claude and AI tools.
Advanced English (Spanish is a plus).
