Requirements
2+ years of experience in product design
Currently working at a product-based organisation
Strong portfolio showcasing shipped work (not just concepts)
High proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping)
Strong visual design skills (typography, spacing, color)
Experience designing for real-world product use cases and edge cases
Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Basic understanding of interaction and system thinking
Interest in leveraging AI in design workflows
Responsibilities
Design and execute UI screens across SARAL’s core products
Deliver designs covering full product specs including edge and error states
Collaborate with product and design teams on feature execution
Contribute to and maintain the design system and component library
Perform design QA to ensure shipped output matches design intent
Continuously improve design quality through self-review and feedback
Build design references and bring strong craft thinking into reviews
