As the Product Marketing Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the velocity of buyer acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll focus on aligning product tools with growth objectives, optimizing the customer journey, and delivering impactful marketing strategies. Your work will be instrumental in increasing platform engagement and lifetime value of our most valuable buyers, ensuring that Nivoda’s marketplace continues to lead globally in growth, efficiency, and brand recognition.

This role sits at the intersection of product and marketing, ideal for a dynamic individual who excels in both data-driven strategy and creative brand-building. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that performance marketing and product enhancements are aligned to scale Nivoda’s global presence effectively.

What You’ll Do:

Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies

  • Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and marketing teams.

  • Define clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences across multiple buyer personas.

  • Deliver a referrals program to drive growth in-app

Own Product Messaging and Positioning

  • Develop compelling product messaging that differentiates our offerings in the marketplace.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency in product positioning across all channels, including digital platforms, sales collateral, and customer communications.

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure feedback loops are in place for product development and improvements.

  • Align with sales teams to create effective sales enablement materials such as presentations, case studies, and product training.

Lead Customer Research and Market Analysis

  • Conduct regular market research and customer feedback sessions to understand trends, competitive landscape, and buyer needs.

  • Leverage insights to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies that increase customer acquisition and retention.

Measure Campaign Effectiveness and Optimize

  • Analyze the performance of product marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Track key performance metrics such as customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction, reporting on these regularly to stakeholders.

Support Growth Initiatives

  • Collaborate with growth marketing teams to design and execute targeted campaigns that drive product adoption, upsell opportunities, and user engagement.

  • Identify opportunities for A/B testing and personalization to improve conversion rates and optimize user journeys.

Be the Voice of the Customer

  • Serve as the internal advocate for customer needs and pain points, ensuring that feedback is integrated into product development and marketing plans.

  • Regularly communicate customer insights to stakeholders and incorporate them into future planning.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or growth marketing, preferably in a B2B or marketplace environment.

  • Proven track record of driving successful ABM and product marketing

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and performance tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in luxury goods, B2B marketplaces, or the diamond industry.

  • Familiarity with referrals processes and product-led growth

  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
