Responsibilities
Market Research and Prospecting
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
2. Identify key decision-makers within target companies and initiate contact.
Client Relationship Building & Developing
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
2. Understand client needs and pain points, positioning our Fintech solutions effectively.
Sales Pipeline Management
1. Qualify leads and manage the market pipeline.
2. Schedule meetings, product demos, and presentations.
Networking and Industry Events
1. Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.
2. Represent the company and promote our solutions.
Collaboration
1. Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, and operations) to align strategies and achieve business goals.
2. Provide regular feedback and insights to improve product offerings and customer experience.
Reporting and Analysis
1. Track and report on key performance metrics, sales activities, and business development efforts.
2. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the Fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of Fintech products, services, and market dynamics.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the Fintech sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be open in working at Makati City
- Salary Range from Php 40,000-60,000
