Role Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager specializing in Workforce Management to lead the development, strategy, and hands-on configuration of workforce management solutions. This role requires a robust background in Salesforce configuration, data manipulation expertise, advanced Excel skills, and an understanding of workforce management practices within professional services or financial settings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure a cohesive product vision and impactful data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:* Lead the creation and enhancement of workforce management tools and solutions, establishing a product roadmap that aligns with company and client needs.* Conduct hands-on configuration of Salesforce, including the creation and customization of objects, forms, fields, flows, and permission sets, to optimize platform functionality and usability.* Perform data manipulation and analysis within Salesforce and Excel to generate insights that drive key decisions and product improvements.* Collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the product backlog.* Partner with finance and operations stakeholders to ensure workforce management solutions support financial objectives and operational efficiency.* Track, report, and evaluate KPIs, making adjustments based on analytics and user feedback.* Facilitate regular communication with cross-functional teams, leading product meetings and maintaining transparent communication channels..
Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.* 2+ years of product management experience, with specific expertise in workforce management solutions in professional services or financial sectors preferred.* Proficiency in Salesforce, including hands-on experience with configuration (creating and managing custom objects, fields, flows, and permissions).* Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, and data analysis) and strong data manipulation abilities.* Salesforce Administrator Certification with additional platform certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder) highly preferred.* Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through to ongoing improvements.* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.. * Strong team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:* Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.* Ability to develop product strategies grounded in user-centric design principles.* Familiarity with financial modeling and workforce planning..
