About the RoleWe are looking for a Product Manager to lead one of our strategic product areas: the Groove Productivity team. This is the part of the product suite that sales end users interact with most as it impacts how they approach their day to day work and productivity. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and customer empathy to drive development and execution of product vision and roadmap. You’ll be collaborating closely with our engineering teams based in North America.
This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for a subset of the Clari Product Platform, aligning with Clari's overall business objectives and customer needs
- Customer Insights: Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze feedback, identifying pain points and opportunities to enhance user experience and value proposition
- Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic initiatives. Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations
- Feature Development: Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product platform features. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and UX teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Utilize insights to inform product decisions and strategic direction
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (GMTs) to measure product success and inform continuous improvement efforts. Leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in a relevant enterprise SaaS environment
- Experience working with enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders and complex requirements
- Experience in Go–to-market or sales in any capacity is a plus
- Familiarity with agile development practices such as Scrum, SAFe, or similar
- Familiarity with building developer oriented products such as APIs
- Strong technical acumen, and can communicate effectively with engineering teams and technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to synthesize customer insights, market trends, and technical possibilities into a compelling product vision and strategy

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $180,000. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits, including well-being and professional development stipends.
