About the RoleWe’re looking for a seasoned Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Groove Product area. In this role, you’ll partner with the Engineering and Product senior leaders to drive strategy discussions, planning, execution, and drive multiple large size strategic initiatives. You will be part of the larger R&D Operations Organization within Engineering operations. This group is responsible for supporting our product and engineering teams, agile coaching & process governance, driving strategic engineering initiatives, and associated interlocks the Product & Engineering organization needs to be successful.
This is a fully remote opportunity but is preferred to be worked from the Central or East time zone.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Engineering and Product senior leaders for all critical decisions, key initiatives, and customer commits within the Groove product area
  • Establish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the platform product area
  • Oversee the portfolio of work for the Groove teams, managing impediments, major risks, and dependencies to drive quarterly planning and execution
  • Cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership teams to define metrics for measuring success in planning, execution, and engineering productivity and effectiveness
  • Ability to coach processes and best practices in Engineering and Product Management organizations
  • Catalyst in the R&D Operations Organization, propelling us to continually improve and expand our operational capabilities
  • Identifying potential risks and collaborate with engineering leaders to develop effective mitigation strategies
  • Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in the same or similar role working within an R&D Operations organization supporting a high-growth SaaS product
  • Deep expertise in Agile Methodologies and scaling frameworks (SAFe), at both the individual and team level
  • Expert in driving multiple large scale and complex cross-functional programs from concept to completion
  • Expert in Jira with an understanding of engineering management platforms
  • Expert in developing scaling strategies and roadmaps that will align with Clari's goals
  • Technical aptitude – understanding the high-level architecture of what is being built to successfully drive execution
  • Proven experience in driving change management initiatives across diverse product areas and global regions

    Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.
    The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $225,000. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits, including well-being and professional development stipends
