This role as Product Manager
We’re hiring for a product manager to own our business services products across Moxie. This will include building out our products and features for onboarding services (how we help providers launch their businesses), marketing services (how we help our medspas acquire new customers), and financial services (how we help our medspas acquire capital and manage their finances). In this role, you will define and deliver a business services product roadmap by working closely with customers, internal partners, and our engineering team.

In 30 days:
You’ve met 5+ customers and have a clear sense of where the biggest areas of opportunity lie
You’ve become a key thought partner to our product team and heads of engineering, provider success, operations, marketing services, and finance
You’ve driven clarity and decision-making on multiple small-to-medium sized projects
In 90 days:
You own the wider Business Services product roadmap
You’ve shipped multiple larger features, continuously driving customer feedback to the team and product
You’ve made us uplevel how we work, and it shows
In 1 year:
You’ve delivered multiple business services products and features that have had a large, measurable impact on our customers’ revenue growth
You’re looked to as a strategic leader on all business services
We’re looking for:
4+ years of experience as a product manager, ideally in SaaS context
Experience in a startup environment shipping iteratively
A healthy amount of impatience - you drive clarity, reduce ambiguity, and relentlessly unblock next steps
Experience with B2B, SMBs, aesthetics are pluses but not required
Experience with legal complexity and compliance a plus but not required
