The Product Manager is responsible for defining and delivering products that align with strategic goals. This role involves managing a backlog of well-defined requirements, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Key deliverables include driving high-impact growth projects, improving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through new and existing products, and enhancing gross margins.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with strategic objectives, prioritizing initiatives that drive growth and improve Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, validate, and quantify product ideas and requirements, producing detailed documentation for high-impact projects.
Work closely with development teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication of requirements and project goals.
Conduct user journey mapping, data flow analysis, and low-resolution UX mockups, while leading customer meetings to gather insights on user needs.
Develop and maintain a KPI dashboard to track product performance and user engagement metrics, delivering incremental business value through successful project execution.
Qualifications
3+ years as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment, preferably within fintech or compliance sectors.
Proven track record of delivering high ROI projects in high growth environments.
Strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights, with experience in creating user journeys and data flows.
Demonstrated experience working within Agile Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning and execution.
