Harbor Compliance is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager with a strong focus on project management to spearhead our product development initiatives, aligning them closely with our strategic goals for substantial growth and scalability. The successful candidate will be adept in both setting visionary product strategies and executing complex projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap: Maintain a strategic product roadmap focusing on growth and scalability, integrating thorough market analysis and stakeholder feedback to prioritize high-impact projects.

Project Execution and Management: Oversee the roadmap's execution through effective project management, ensuring that growth and scale projects deliver expected revenues and cost savings.

Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with the Directors of Sales and Marketing, Technology, and Service to align product strategies with business goals and ensure collaborative and successful product launches.

Data-Driven User-Centric Decision Making: Develop and continually enhance data collection and analysis, prioritizing insights from our users - clients, employees, and partners. This focus reflects our organizational obsession with our users' feedback, ensuring that client value is the driving force behind both our strategic and operational decisions.

Team Leadership: Coach and maintain a high-performance product management team, ensuring a high retention rate of A-Players by fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.

Efficiency Optimization: Monitor and optimize the ROI of the product management and technology departments, continually enhancing operational efficiencies.

Measurable Accountabilities:

User Impact: Drive observable improvements in client and employee behavior through the Product Roadmap.

Revenue Goals: Achieve agreed annual revenue targets from growth projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.

Cost Management: Deliver cost-saving targets from scalability projects each year.

Team Performance: Maintain a team composition of 90%+ A-Players, as measured by performance evaluations and stakeholder satisfaction ratings.

Product Delivery Quality: Ensure high-quality product delivery with minimal defects and high confidence in ROI, adhering to timelines and budget forecasts.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 7+ years in product management with a substantial focus on managing technically complex projects within high-growth environments. Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to master detailed, precise, and complex industries and product landscapes.

Technical Acumen: Experience in environments where technical depth and precision are paramount. The ideal candidate will have shown an aptitude for quickly learning and excelling in technically complicated settings, effectively driving and managing projects that require a high degree of specificity and technical knowledge.

Skills: Decision-making, operational drive, and exceptional communication skills. Proficient in Agile methodologies, data analysis tools, and project management software (e.g., Jira Product Discovery, Jira Software,).
