Responsibilities
You will have an opportunity to…
- Responsible for leading 4 teams through the scrum process using Agile methodology. Ensure project scope and goals are clear for the team and remove impediments that hinder project progress.
- Deliver multiple Mid/Large projects as prioritized by the Product owner, on time, cost and quality
- Build positive and productive working relationships with the project team, internal customers and partners. Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, and in both business and internal functions
- Manage the Backlogs
- Draw upon negotiation skills and conflict resolution strategies to work with multiple stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors to obtain buy-in and support of the appropriate solution, improve efficiency of the team and ensure project success
- Assisting product owners and teams in release planning and maintaining the release/sprint backlogs.
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
- Helping teams achieve project goals while being aware of and sensitive to the overall business goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and other related course
- Scrum Certified preferably SAFe Certified
- At least 10 years of experience as Product Owner in Scaled Agile Delivery
- At least 10 years of experience in facilitating and negotiating
- At least 10 years in effective communication
- At least 5 years of experience in Jira / Confluence or similar tools
- At least 5 years of experience overseeing Multiple Teams

- Have excellent written and oral communications skills, being able to provide clear, complete, and concise verbal instructions and written documentation at all level of management
- Have the ability to deal courteously and effectively with people, to meet deadlines, to analyze and solve problems, as well as to interact and communicate effectively with a wider variety of levels of employees and external customers
- Be organized, highly effective at problem solving and have outstanding influencing and negotiation skills
- Proficiency using Tools including MS Office products, Miro, Slack
