Job Description

This is a remote, work from home position. We are seeking a remote Customer Success Manager Branding to join our client's team inAustralia.

Pay Rate: $43 - $45/per hour


Essential Requirements: (Advertising)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Technically savvy in development (Wordpress, Shopify, Hubspot Automation etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player and leader.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments and frequent priority changes.
Who We Are Looking For:
  • Experienced CSM: Minimum 4 years of client management and technical experience.
  • Wordpress / Shopify Expert: Skilled in both CMS as well as any other automation/digital tools.
  • Data-Driven: Strong QA, Analytical on website UI/UX as well as various web-related requirements.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Problem-Solver: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and tackle challenges.
