Job Description

We are currently looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our team! As the first Product Marketer at INDG | Grip, you’ll get to build an entire function from the ground up. You’ll work closely with every GTM function, lay a solid product marketing foundation, and bring our product to market. What is special about this role, is that it combines the responsibilities for two different companies: INDG, a CGI services company and Grip, a SaaS solution.

What is INDG?

Several of the largest consumer product brands in the world (Yamaha, Hugo Boss, Adidas, Honda, Electrolux) are trusting INDG for large-scale content production based on computer-generated imagery. Specializing in high-quality, scalable content for entire product portfolios, INDG’s approach revolves around the creation of digital twins for each product. From images and videos to real-time models, these digital twins are essential in streamlining the design process and bolstering presence across e-commerce platforms and marketing campaigns, thereby elevating the customer experience.

What’s Grip?

With the help of Grip companies such as L'Oréal, Coca-Cola and Beiersdorf are automating content production for their entire business. Grip moves classic media creation efforts into the cloud, effectively virtualizing production. The software solution Grip takes care of generating high-quality visuals, at scale, on-demand and based on data. Brand styles, as well as product look and feel are codified, which ensures an entirely consistent, always on-brand output, no matter who (or what) requests it.

What will you be doing?

  • Product positioning and messaging: Come up with distinct positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with each of our buyer personas
  • Product launches: Bring new features, releases, and integrations to market with launch plans that capture - and keep - the attention of our target audience
  • Competitive intelligence: Stay in the know about the competitive landscape and train the rest of the GTM team so they understand how to best position the product
  • Sales enablement: Develop internal content, documentation, and trainings so the Sales team is overprepared for every possible question buyers throw their way
  • Content creation: For every launch, create easy-to-understand, engaging and inspiring product-led content that educates our audience, like landing pages, blog posts, and webinars.
  • Cross-functional partnerships: Be the glue that builds strong working relationships across Product, Engineering, Vertical Leads, Customer Success and Sales

Requirements

Would be amazing if you have:

  • You have 5-7 years of marketing experience at B2B SaaS companies, with at least 3+ years in product marketing
  • You want to build something from the ground up and throw boring B2B marketing playbooks out the window
  • You’re ready to become one of the new faces of the product and brand
  • You’re a natural storyteller, an even better writer
  • You get excited about internal documentation
  • You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get into Hubspot
