On this occasion, we offer an indefinite Product Owner.

The purpose of the Product Ownwer /PM position is the development of products from start to finish to ensure they meet the clients’ needs and preferences. Their main duties include determining the overall vision of products, managing various backlog items and deciding which features each product will have according to clients’ preferences. To act as a Product Owner of the team and be main person defining and leading functionalities in the implementation of new FADATA system for Business Units, being in charge of prioritization of the backlog and representation of all main stakeholders in the development, transition and implementation and business requirements.

Requirements

  • Maximize customer value within the constraints of Business Units goals and business strategy
  • Responsibility for representing key stakeholders in prioritization of the business requirements
  • Securing delivery of the services to business units based on defined service levels and KPIs
  • Manage planning, monitor and modifying the Product Backlog
  • Cooperate with main stakeholders (Tribe Lead, Chapter Lead or Head) in resource and budget allocation on Squad-level to fulfill Squad's goal
  • Cooperate with Chapter Leads in defining the composition of the Squad
  • Manage Team and members performance
  • Manage quality control of the developed project
  • Ultimate responsibility for accepting developed increment at the end of the sprint
  • Will be the single point of contact with our customers (Business Units)
  • Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Defining the vision for the team’s product
  • Creating a product road map based on this vision.
  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements.
  • Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
  • Developing user stories
  • Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.
  • Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
  • Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
