Destsetters, one of the most innovative tourism marketing agencies, is looking for a dedicated and efficient Production Management Specialist to join our team. This key role will oversee the daily production operations while optimizing processes and managing resources. The Production Management Specialist will also collaborate with various teams to ensure the smooth creation and upgrading of prototypes and manage client-facing production procedures, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of services.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Production Process Oversight and Optimization:
Oversee daily production operations, identifying areas for improvement to boost efficiency and quality. Implement process optimizations that reduce costs, accelerate production, and enhance outcomes. - Scheduling and Resource Management:
Schedule new orders and tasks based on importance, availability, and resource allocation, ensuring team members are assigned tasks that align with their skills and availability. - Employee Management and Onboarding:
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the team. Oversee employee requests, provide guidance, and resolve internal team issues to maintain a harmonious work environment. - Prototype Development and File Management:
Collaborate with relevant departments to create and upgrade prototype files for new and existing services, ensuring they meet the company’s business needs. Manage the filing and organization of key production files to ensure easy access and accuracy. - Client and Administrative Coordination:
Ensure smooth production procedures involving clients, delivering services on time and with high quality. Oversee the Administrative Coordinator to ensure all administrative tasks are completed on schedule.
Requirements
- Degree in Production Management, Business, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in production management, process optimization, or a related role.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and onboarding.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with resource allocation and scheduling tools is a plus.
