We are looking to fill an Energy Efficiency Associate position in the Midwest as part of our Energy Efficiency Programs Department. As a member of the Energy Solutions team, you will have a broad impact on energy efficiency markets and greenhouse gas reductions through our work for major North American utilities, program administrators and other national leaders in energy efficiency. This role will focus mainly on processing applications for our midstream rebates program.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Process rebate project applications according to documented standard operating procedures
  • Track progress of work assignments, including work to be done and work completed
  • Communicate with other team members and supervisors using collaboration tools to resolve application questions
  • Maintain a high degree of efficiency and accuracy while under time constraints
  • Participate in team meetings and complete regular training sessions to expand program knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional administrative work experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability in regard to project focus
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis, knowledge of data science and/or experience with information systems management
  • Demonstrated commitment to and consistency in quality control practices
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Ability to work and thrive independently and juggle multiple competing priorities
  • Proactive and collaborative problem-solving approach
  • Excellent personal accountability
  • Wisconsin location preferred, Midwest location required

Compensation is commensurate with experience within the pay band of $58,000 - $66,000/Annually

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Office Locations and a Remote Workforce
