Manage the Corporate Travel and Corporate Card Programs, which includes further development of the overall programs’ strategy for the firm. Ensures efficient and compliant processes for rebate monitoring and reporting, travel management, and annual program reviews. Leads a high-performing team. Responsibility for facilitating requests and building and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders (e.g., Security, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, Corporate Insurance, and Strategic Business Unit (SBU) leaders), as well as managing the firm’s ongoing relationship with external third parties.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary: $97,000-$105,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage the operational programs, oversee third-party providers, and further develop the strategy for corporate travel and corporate card programs.
- Lead a cross-functional team to support the programs, build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, and implement value-added enhancements.
- Provide excellent customer service and solutions for requests related to travel and card programs.
- Analyze travel and card spend, provide benchmarking, implement cost-saving measures, and report program results to management.
- Provide guidance and feedback to staff to enhance their skills and support their professional development; provide general support of the finance internship and finance development rotation programs.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Expertise in corporate travel, corporate card, and/or finance related to the insurance industry.
- Excellent collaborator, effective communicator, and proven negotiation abilities.

PREFERRED:
- Proven people leadership experience.
- Experience with specific industry tools and processes including expense management and vendor experience (e.g., PeopleSoft, Travel Booking Tools).
- Experience leading enterprise-wide program development interacting with business stakeholders, including resolving escalations from business leaders and executive administrative assistants.
