Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Cro Metrics, you will work closely with our Growth Strategists to execute successful web experimentation and personalization for a diverse group of clients. You are a natural leader and keep external and internal stakeholders informed through our engagements. You shepherd A/B/n tests from concept through launch with our software engineers and QA Analysts, serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, and keep team members and clients accountable for follow-ups and action items. Program Managers focus on overall client operations, from tactical execution to program budgeting.

What You’ll Do

• Work with engineering, QA, design, and analytics teams to move tests through implementation while balancing timeline, quality, and scope.
• Write A/B test requirements, creating mockups (annotated screenshots, simple designs)
• Keep client informed on program health, including experiment status, scope, etc
• Monitor budget and scope of programs, update utilization plans, report out to internal teams, and set staff plans across teams based on client roadmap
• Update clients on test status, program budget, and velocity
• Account management: field and routing client concerns to appropriate teams, disseminate action items and ensure completion
• Manage client status meetings, including scheduling, agenda planning, and action item follow ups

Required Experience

• Direct experience writing or consuming requirements for software engineers
• An eye for detail and organization
• Ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once
• Strong communication skills
• A/B testing knowledge is a plus
• UX/UI and web analytics experience is a plus
• Professional services (agency) experience is a plus

Compensation: $70-$85k + benefits.
