As a Senior Growth Strategist, you will strategically lead and take full ownership of our client relationships. You’ll be partnering with our clients to improve their websites and business performance through strategic experimentation and personalization campaigns.
This role demands a high level of strategic thinking, business acumen, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills to manage 5-7 clients simultaneously. Senior Growth Strategists must be able to generate data-driven test ideas that will improve revenue and other key metrics on client websites and move the needle on the client business as a whole. This role is expected to understand experimentation philosophies across many client verticals and have mastery of product-market fit and go-to-market strategies. A core component of the role is to grow and expand partnerships with existing clients as well as support other business development efforts.
What you’ll do:
- Understand business strategy and create results that impact the bottom line for our client businesses
- Build relationships with our client day to day contacts as well as senior level and C-suite stakeholders, get client buy-in on our strategy, and build trust for our strategic recommendations
- Drive test ideation, prioritization, and roadmapping, informed by web analytics, client goals, and client business results (e.g. reading earnings call transcripts for public companies)
- Analyze experiment results and provide recommendations
- Present strategic findings to a room of senior level stakeholders
- Work closely with our internal delivery team and external client teams to ensure everyone is aligned and pointed in the same direction in order to achieve results and hit goals within the guardrails of the contract
- Manage enterprise clients and build a culture of experimentation within client companies
What makes a great candidate:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working in growth marketing
- Hands-on experience analyzing digital business data to inform decisions and plan strategically
- Experience with optimization programs that embrace a continuous cycle of iterative testing: designing roadmaps, analysis, generating insights, calculating business impact
- Experience in user experience (UX), web analytics or similar role(s) on customer-facing web properties
- Familiarity with leading testing platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, ABTasty, and Convert
- Client services experience strongly preferred

Compensation: $90-$130k plus benefits.
