About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team for the Fall 2024 semester. This part-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, technical coordination, and learning facilitation.

What You'll Do:

  • New-Hire Onboarding Program

  • Familiarize yourself with Product & Engineering new hire program

  • Generate Workday reports

  • Maintain project tracking sheets and Wiki pages.

  • Assist with scheduling Outlook calendar invites and coordinating peer-to-peer sessions

  • Assist with the implementation of new program ideas and design new logos for all programs under this onboarding umbrella

Lunch and Learn Program:

  • Assist with gathering topics and recruiting participants for sessions via Slack.

  • Assist with scheduling Outlook calendar invites, sending reminders, and tracking for 30-minute lunch & learn sessions.

  • Facilitate Zoom sessions, including dry-runs, managing participant wait rooms, introducing facilitators, and providing Q&A / polling support.

  • Record, post, and organize sessions on an internal video platform.​

  • Live & Virtual Training Coordination:

  • Plan and schedule in-person and virtual trainings.

  • Send communications to attendees via email and Slack.

  • Assist with scheduling Outlook calendar invites and administrative tasks for training sessions.

What You'll Need:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency with Outlook, Slack, Zoom and other collaboration tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Experience with video editing or graphic design tools is a plus.
