A Project Manager plays a vital role in overseeing our projects. They are responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Project Managers coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure everyone works toward the same goals.
In this role, you will lead project planning and strategy development, manage project timelines and budgets, and establish effective communication with stakeholders. You’ll also identify and mitigate project risks, ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards, and provide leadership to project team members. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in project close-out activities.
Requirements:
Education:
· A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred or 10 years’ experience in similar role.
