Position Overview:

We seek a dedicated and dynamic Project Manager to join our team at TalentHub. This role will support our project management and sales operations by handling administrative tasks, client communication, data management, and other essential duties. The goal is to streamline our processes and allow our team to focus on strategic activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support sales efforts.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Manage email correspondence and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and update sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Create and format documents, presentations, and proposals.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
  • Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Work Schedule:

- Full-time position.

- Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM MST.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive).
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., GoHighLevel).

- Project management skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Familiarity with social media management.

Preferred but Not Essential Skills:

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.

Systems and Software:

- Google Workspace

- CRM tools (GoHighLevel)

- Project management tools

- Communication tools

  • Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
