Job Summary: Talent-Hub is seeking a dedicated eCommerce Specialist (Shopify) to join our team. This remote role involves managing various aspects of our online store to ensure efficient operations, high-quality customer service, and seamless execution of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day tasks essential for maintaining and growing our business, enabling the team to focus on strategic growth and development.
Salary: PHP 30,000 - 37,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and visually appealing product listings.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
- Handle order processing, fulfillment, and returns.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer issues and process returns or exchanges.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Create and schedule promotional content.
- Assist in executing email marketing campaigns.
- Update and schedule social media posts.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.
- Conduct regular website audits for optimal performance.
- Implement SEO best practices and optimize product pages.
- Manage Shopify apps and plugins.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate sales and traffic reports.
- Analyze customer behavior and sales trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Shopify stores.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices and trends.
- Proficiency in Shopify, including experience with Shopify apps and integrations.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong customer service skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, including SEO.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business, TikTok).
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop or Canva).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other eCommerce analytics tools.
- Previous experience in a similar role within eCommerce environment.
