Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

  • Assisting the Contracting Department as we onboard new payors.
    • Collaborate with Contracting Team staff members to complete credentialing applications for new contracts
  • Assist in generating weekly and monthly metrics as directed by leadership
    • Work closely with Enrollment Specialists to compile monthly payor health status updates
    • Generate weekly metrics reports for Credentialing Assistant staff members and share with leadership
  • Monitor inbound mail daily via online DocMgmt Cloud
    • Update provider records to reflect payor approval notifications
    • Categorize and assign notifications to Enrollment Specialists as necessary

Salary range: $63,000 - $76,000
