What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for a Provider Enrollment Intake Coordinator who is passionate about improving the landscape for mental healthcare. You’ll play an active role within the Insurance Operations Department in getting our providers in-network with all contracted health plans. Responsibilities include:
- Acting as Credentialing Department liaison for both internal and external stakeholders
- Review and respond to all inbound Enrollment Support tickets via Hubspot and escalate to appropriate team members as necessary
- Assist in identifying trends and creating response templates/resources based on inbound requests
- Update various department-wide knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy as aligned with and directed by leadership
- Collaborate with other Credentialing staff on monitoring Credentialing inbox and responding to requests as necessary
- Assisting the Enrollment Team to ensure our providers are credentialed in a timely manner
- Conduct follow-ups by phone, email or portal when prompted by Enrollment Specialists to ensure applications are staying on-track
- Help minimize the number of Medicare and Medicaid application closures by partnering with Enrollment Specialists and/or Growth Team and conducting outreach to providers as necessary
- Work closely with Enrollment Specialists to execute and monitor special projects
- Assisting the Contracting Department as we onboard new payors.
- Collaborate with Contracting Team staff members to complete credentialing applications for new contracts
- Assist in generating weekly and monthly metrics as directed by leadership
- Work closely with Enrollment Specialists to compile monthly payor health status updates
- Generate weekly metrics reports for Credentialing Assistant staff members and share with leadership
- Monitor inbound mail daily via online DocMgmt Cloud
- Update provider records to reflect payor approval notifications
- Categorize and assign notifications to Enrollment Specialists as necessary
Salary range: $63,000 - $76,000
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
- You have functional knowledge of credentialing and enrollment and have at least one year experience.
- You deliver quality results for well-defined tasks in a timely manner.
- You have excellent communication skills. You proactively communicate progress on individual tasks including timeline, context and priority levels and request help when needed.
- You are accountable. You drive clarity on what’s needed to get something done, and you ensure deadlines are met.
- You’re tech savvy in or you’re willing to learn HubSpot, Verifiable, Slack, and Excel if you don’t know how to use them already.
- You’re mission-driven. You strive to make a positive impact and embody Grow Therapy’s mission.
