Acentra seeks a Provider Liaison Coordinator–RN to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
The Provider Liaison Coordinator – RN:
- Is a key position on the North Dakota Utilization Management contract. It is critical to introduce providers to the Acentra Health system and policies and assist members in ensuring their needs are met. Regular communication will be made with providers and members via multiple mediums.
- Trains providers on our system and educates them on critical submission policies is central to the role, which offers a unique professional growth and development opportunity. This includes being responsible for training activities and available for technical assistance.
- Responsible for working closely with the Program Director and/or Clinical Manager to hold stakeholder meetings and querying providers related to satisfaction.
- Will also work closely with members to address any member concerns or needs.
** This is a Remote based position. The selected candidate must reside and work in the United States. **
** Work Hours: Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide orientation and ongoing technical assistance for new/existing providers.
- Create and Update Provider Manuals and User Guides.
- Create educational training content for members.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Acentra Health Atrezzo Next Generation (ANG) system and benefit-specific guidelines for all services on the UM contract.
- Provide technical assistance when requested or identified to enrolled providers.
- Develop and conduct provider training sessions as contracted.
- Coordinate provider stakeholder meetings.
- Coordinate provider satisfaction surveys.
- Manage provider email boxes.
- Assist in evaluating provider quality trends and developing tutorials to educate providers.
- Perform ongoing training to providers on how to submit requests utilizing Acentra’s ANG system.
Requirements
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Associate's Degree in a Human Service/Education field or discipline.
- Unrestricted RN license for the State of North Dakota OR any compact state.
- 1+ years of experience with prior authorization/utilization management and customer service.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in reviewing and analyzing documentation against established standards.
- Possess knowledge of training or workplace learning methodology.
- Be adept at navigating computer applications across multiple screens.
- Show familiarity with adult learning principles.
- Exhibit the ability to maintain confidentiality standards and ensure HIPAA compliance when assessing relevant issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on critical thinking.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Efficient time management, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must be proficient in MS Office and (Internet/web navigation).
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
