About The Role:
As part of the software QA team, you will work on various aspects of leading the international quality team. Including but not limited to instructing and mentoring a team of highly skilled quality professionals who currently span the globe. Improving processes that could run more efficiently, and working with the leadership team to ensure high quality deployments.
PanasonicWELL is able to employ individuals who reside in (or that are willing to relocate to) the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.
What You’ll Get To Do:
- Training and mentoring of individuals.
- Unblocking people who are impeded in accomplishing their work.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure appropriate QA resources are available.
- Drive to improve quality processes and methodologies.
- Improve visibility into what QA is doing with metrics and reporting.
- Work closely with infrastructure, mobile and web engineering teams.
- Participate in software and system design and provide guidance on testability requirements.
- Monitor and review bug reports and customer feedback to assist with resource utilization.
What You’ll Bring:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of test management experience
- Experience working with and testing mobile and web application systems.
- Experience with Appium and Selenium preferred.
- Experience in developing test automation solutions in an object-oriented language.
- Preferred experience in multinational work environments.

This position may be eligible for participation in our employee bonus program. Grade level and salary ranges are determined primarily through the scope and complexity of the role along with a review of the applicant’s experience and skills, as well as alignment with geographic market data and equity with other team members.
