About The Role:
Our vision is to build a comprehensive wellness solution for every modern family, addressing a wide range of needs across the spectrum of wellness supported by a combination of AI and human assistants.To help bring this to
market, we are looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager to spearhead the strategic development and execution of our portfolio of new consumer-facing wellness products. This pivotal role encompasses the end-to-end
management of product and engineering teams, guiding the design, build, market launch, and stabilization phases.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in leading complex, high-value technical projects to market, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and agile delivery.
PanasonicWELL is able to employ individuals who reside in (or that are willing to relocate to) the following states:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.
What You’ll Get To Do:
● Utilizing industry insights, develop a multi-year roadmap of Program Management strategy and execution ensuring it is in alignment with overarching business goals and company strategy as a whole.
● End to end Program execution for our engineering and Product orgs - from design to GTM and Product launch of multiple, diverse consumer-facing experiences on our flagship container app and the portfolio of products that support it.
● Lead cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and innovation, ensuring alignment in the entire lifecycle of product development and execution.
● Work hand-in-hand with the in-house Organizational Agile Coach and collaborate to provide Transformation Support by championing agile methodologies, and facilitating teams to foster flexibility and efficiency.
● Financial and Operational oversight by managing portfolio finances for optimized ROI. Ensure on-budget, on-schedule delivery.
● Foster an environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement by integrating cutting-edge tech into product development lifecycles.
● Be the primary liaison across technical teams as well as between stakeholder teams and management/leadership for all things Program Management.
● Build and share out Monthly and Quarterly reporting and dashboards for executives and cross-functional stakeholders, to update on Program & Portfolio statuses, asks, and recommendations.
● Coaching and mentoring junior team members and enabling them to uplevel their skills by promoting a culture of growth mindset and learning.
What You’ll Bring:
● 8+ years of experience managing programs and portfolios for Product and Engineering teams end to end
● BA/BS in Computer Science, Business or Related Field, or equivalent experience
● Experience leading teams and ICs in the execution of Program strategy and roadmaps.
● Strong program and project management and communication skills, able to navigate cross-functional teams through complex multi-phased technology delivery and systemic adoption.

  • Solid understanding of the application of AI technologies, machine learning concepts, data management practices.
    ● Experience with big data platforms, cloud computing, information security, and data engineering is highly desirable.
    ● Expert knowledge of Project Management tools including but not limited to JIRA, Smartsheet etc.
    ● Experience communicating with executives and creating Executive reporting and dashboards.
    ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both
    technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
    ● Demonstrates critical thinking capabilities with strong attention to detail.
    ● Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant change remains flexible and calm when facing uncertainty.
    ● Strong leadership and management skills.
    ● Has the ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems both technical and processes.

● Ability to travel internationally.
