We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Mastery of Project Florence's process and procedures.
  • Dependability and adaptability to flexible work schedules.
  • Willingness to transition between different verticals as needed for business requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid background or experience in Quality Assurance.

What you'll do:

  • Audit calls and tickets.
  • Coach team members based on call/ticket audits (weekly).
  • Analyze call and ticket drivers to help in improving the overall process that will drive CES (CSAT).
  • Work with the project leads in coaching and development.
  • Send weekly audit reports.
  • Hold QA calibrations with the leads (weekly/bi-weekly).
