We are seeking candidates who possess:
- Mastery of Project Florence's process and procedures.
- Dependability and adaptability to flexible work schedules.
- Willingness to transition between different verticals as needed for business requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid background or experience in Quality Assurance.
What you'll do:
- Audit calls and tickets.
- Coach team members based on call/ticket audits (weekly).
- Analyze call and ticket drivers to help in improving the overall process that will drive CES (CSAT).
- Work with the project leads in coaching and development.
- Send weekly audit reports.
- Hold QA calibrations with the leads (weekly/bi-weekly).
