We are looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Compliance Reviewer to ensure all transaction files meet required compliance standards before approvals and payouts are processed.This role requires hands-on experience with U.S. real estate transactions, specifically North Carolina.What You’ll Do
Review agent-submitted transaction documents using compliance checklists
Ensure all files are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards
Approve or decline transactions based on compliance findings
Ensure no payouts are released without full compliance approval
Manage daily transaction submissions across Market Centers
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and turnaround time in all reviews
Provide clarification and support on compliance requirements when needed

Requirements
1–2+ years experience as a U.S. Transaction Coordinator
Must have North Carolina real estate transaction experience
Strong understanding of real estate documents and compliance processes
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Nice to Have
Experience with real estate brokerages or Market Centers
Familiarity with transaction management systems
Bachelor’s degree in any field
