We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter Freelance to support our sales hiring projects. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates, ensuring a strong talent pipeline that meets our hiring requirements.
Responsibilities- Source qualified sales candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on the required qualifications and project criteria.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' experience, competencies, and overall suitability.
Submit qualified candidates along with concise screening notes and interview feedback.
Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure recruitment activities are completed within the agreed timeline and hiring targets. Requirements- Proven experience as an in-house or freelance recruiter, preferably with experience in sales recruitment.
Strong sourcing skills and the ability to proactively identify candidates using various recruitment platforms and talent databases.
Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring priorities independently.
Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection and personal laptop. About Moladin
