Job Description

Symmetrio is seeking a Regional Account Manager for their client, a medical device company focused on Women’s Health in the Florida market. This position will focus on supporting IVF doctors and OBGYNs in adopting new, innovative products. This role encompasses all aspects of sales as it involves selling, educating and providing ongoing clinical support to healthcare professionals during patient procedures. This is a unique opportunity to join a company early in their product life cycle with new products in the pipeline. The candidate will play a crucial role in building business within the assigned territory. Travel will be approximately 50%.

190-210K OTE

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with Reproductive Endocrinologists, OBGYNs, and other key accounts and hospitals.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance during patient procedures, assisting with product setup, usage, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing and clinical teams to deliver educational materials and support programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements relevant to women’s health and the product portfolio.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as sales activity, customer engagement, and product utilization, to assess support efforts and drive continuous improvement through the use of SFDC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, biology, or a related field. A background as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer or selling ultrasound is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales preferably within the IVF, OBGYN or Women’s Health fields.
  • Strong understanding of reproductive health, fertility treatments, and cervical cancer screening protocols is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional presentation and follow up skills are required with a proven ability to effectively engage and educate healthcare professionals. Experience in new product or early product launch is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to visit key accounts and support healthcare professionals during patient procedures.
