Due to continued growth, Zurich is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive to support sales efforts in our West Division. The ideal candidate will be based within the region, covering the state of California, and will contribute to the company’s success through customer training and relationship management.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in Dealership finance or sales leadership,
OR
- High school diploma/equivalent and 4+ years of related Auto Dealer experience.
- Residency within the designated territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and dealership operations as a GM, GSM, Finance Director or Finance Manager.
- Experience in dealership training (1:1, classroom, virtual).
- Familiarity with dealership technology and F&I products.
- Ability to support a large territory via effective calendar management.

Zurich Direct Markets specializes in offering Finance & Insurance (F&I) products to the automotive industry, supported by a dedicated team of F&I professionals who maintain close relationships with Dealership customers.
The Regional Income Development role involves driving growth and profitability by:
- Building strong relationships with existing dealer groups and helping to identify new F&I business opportunities within large franchised automotive dealerships.
- Using your F&I experience to support dealership performance through continuous training and in-store personnel development.
- Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders via various channels (in-person and virtual) to maintain solid relationships.
- Attending Automotive industry events to promote Zurich’s sales and marketing initiatives.
- Adapting to evolving technology and IT needs of Dealer accounts and securing internal support.
- Working remotely in an entrepreneurial environment.
