We are looking for a Relationship (Sales) Manager to join their dream team, who will play a key role in the continued rapid growth of the business in KSA. We are expecting to hire an experienced, dynamic, educated, and well networked candidate who has key relationships with decision makers in schools, preschools, educational associations and governments. This position required creative thinking, target driven, sales skills, highly commitment, individual who enjoy working in challenging position, and highly motivated to expand their business over the years. The candidate will have the opportunity for fast career growth and development in KSA.
This role is based in Riyadh. If the qualified candidates need relocation and visa support, our client will assist them accordingly.

SALES
- Working with senior colleagues to define long-term organizational strategic goals, key customer relationships and business opportunities in light of the current market conditions
- Planning for, prospecting and approaching key potential customer relationships, and their key decision makers, to identify key business opportunities
- Finding potential new customer leads, presenting to them, ultimately converting them into clients, and growing future business – achieving sales targets and monthly Key Performance Indicators
- Travel within KSA and the GCC as required to meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
- Negotiate and close business deals - presenting solutions and services that meet or predict their customers’ future needs
- Maintains an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services, and keeps abreast of current market conditions
- Work with internal teams, business unit owners, subject matter experts, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities to maximize revenue across the organization
- As the external ‘face’ as the organization, act as an ambassador for the company and present an image that mirrors that of the client
CLIENT RETENTION
- Manage relationships with clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive with our services and solutions, and seek repeat or new business opportunities
- Work with operation staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
- Delivering training on our solutions for clients
SALES PLANNING
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, to raise brand, product and service awareness, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
MARKETING
- Ensure that high-quality services are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently, whether it is direct or indirect communications
- Make sure that the businesses marketing communications promote the right message to maintain a good brand image
REPORTING & LEADERSHIP
- Submit weekly progress reports
- Understand the company’s strategy, goals and purpose in order to continually enhance the company’s performance
- Maintain customers account details on CRM
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business or any related filed
- Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the Education sector and dealing with schools
- Fluency in spoken and written (English and Arabic)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Capabilities to communicate with clients up to senior level through calls and face-to- face.
- Well networked mainly with schools’ decision makers
- Ability to work with targets and KPIs
- Ability to travel within KSA and regionally once required
