About the role:
HeliosX is a profitable HealthTech company dedicated to improving the quality, accessibility and affordability of healthcare for everyone. We have built a number of telemedicine websites and platforms which service patients in the USA, helping make access to prescription medication simpler for three years with our sites Ziphealth.co, RocketRx.com and Dermatica.com. We’ve now built a platform called Levity (joinlevity.com) which we hope will make a huge impact on the obesity problem in the US – and we need a great Nurse Practitioner to join us to help make this dream a reality!
We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner with experience in a telemedicine setting, to work with patients who are using the Levity, ZipHealth or RocketRx platforms. This role will be remote – you can be based anywhere in the US.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an exciting, portable and growing startup, changing the way health care is delivered.
What you’ll be doing:
- Consult with our patients in a telemedicine setting, and give them a great healthcare experience while using the ZipHealth, RocketRx & and Levity platforms
- Prescribe weight-loss and general health/men’s health medication to our patients, including GLP1s
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Masters Degree in Nursing
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse certification
- Previous telemedicine experience and Audio-Visual consultation experience
- Previous Experience in Weight Loss Telemedicine
- Licensure in the following states with prescriptive authority: Arizona, New Mexico, DC, Delaware, Idaho, Kansas, New Hampshire, Utah, and WV
- Comfortable prescribing synchronously and asynchronously
- Ability to converse with patients in a courteous and engaging manner, in a telemedicine setting #LI-Remote
