We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant and Manager to join our dynamic team at CounselSys, a leading consulting firm based in Australia. In this remote position, you will be responsible for managing and paying contractors and workers in the United States, as well as developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a team of contractors and workers in the US market
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the US market
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
Ensure timely and accurate payment of contractors and workers
Provide regular reports on sales performance and team management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or consulting
Proven track record of successfully managing remote teams
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficient in using sales and project management software
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
Fluent in English
